An epic thinker and a true visionary

I'm going to join the millions upon millions of people tweeting, blogging and name checking an absolutely amazing man today. Nobody has influenced how we communicate, understand and pursue vision in the way that this guy did in his lifetime. It's hard to imagine what he would have gone on to manage, if only he had lived a little longer - it would seem that God took him way too early.

That's not to detract from the impact he has made on society and culture though. His name will undoubtedly go into the History books - bucking the norm and creating amazing trends of his own; leaving a legacy that will probably forever change the way things have been done up until he started his work.

He had his enemies and doubters - some who didn't appreciate the vision he cast, preferring different ways of doing things. But today, I bet they'll take their hat off to him, one way or another.

He called the new generation to think bigger, expect more from their ideas and step out of the box when it came to understanding a dream. He united groups all over the world, in ways people never thought possible before. And he lead with boldness and passion, until the very end.

He even helped the founder of Apple think up some big ideas too.

It's the name of Jesus that echoes on.
